At manstee.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and customer-friendly return and replacement policy for eligible products. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a request.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • The product has a major quality issue

  • The size received is different from the size ordered


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • You must provide clear pictures or video of the issue

Returned products that fail these conditions will not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Color variation (slight differences due to screen/lighting)

  • Products damaged by customer’s misuse

  • Clearance/Sale items

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Personal preference issues (“I don’t like it”, “Not as expected”)


4. Replacement Process

If your return request is valid:

  1. Our team will verify your proof

  2. We will approve and arrange a pickup or ask for courier return

  3. After receiving the returned product, we will send a replacement of the same item

  4. If the item is out of stock, you may choose another product of similar value


5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If we sent a wrong or defective product, we will bear the shipping cost

  • If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer must pay the return shipping cost


6. Refund Policy

We primarily provide replacement for valid return cases.
Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is unavailable/out of stock

  • We cannot fulfill your order

  • A mistake occurred from our side

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days through the original payment method.


7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
